How Soon Will My Cleaning Be Scheduled?

Your cleaning date is determined by the city you're located in and the day of the week your trash is collected.

 
Now that we have received this information from you at checkout, a CanCleaning.com Representative is working to schedule your cleaning for the soonest possible date.

 
You will be contacted by a Representative in 1 business day or less with your scheduled cleaning date.

 
Your cleaning will be scheduled to take place as soon as possible. However, due to our high demand, it may be scheduled as soon as today to 1-4 weeks. 


If the cleaning date you are scheduled for does not work for you, your representative will find an alternative date that works best for you. 


Our main office hours are Monday - Friday from 9:00AM - 5:00PM 

I Made A Mistake At Checkout, What Do I Do?

What Are Your Office Hours?

Our main office hours are Monday - Friday from 9:00AM - 5:00PM. 

Trash Can Cleaning Technician's preform cleanings between 8:00AM - 8:00PM. 

Can I Add More Cans?

Yes! You can add more trash cans to your service at any time. 

When you go to check out, you will select how many trash cans you would like cleaned.

If you've already signed up, all you have to do is simply call us at 

(833) 833-3455 

or

email us at info@CanCleaning.com 

And we can add more trash cans to your cleaning. 

Can I Remove Cans?

Yes! You can remove or add trash cans to your service at any time. 

We only require that you keep the same amount of trash cans you signed up with for the first 3 months of service. 

If you've already signed up, all you have to do is simply call us at

or

email us at info@CanCleaning.com 

And we can add remove trash cans from your cleaning. 

Do My Trashcans Need To Be Empty?

Yes your trashcans need to be empty to be cleaned, however, we schedule your trash can cleaning 1 day after your trash gets picked up. 

So your trash will always be empty with no extra work on your part. 

If your trash cans are not empty on your service date for any reason, we will empty them if possible, otherwise we will reschedule your service date. 

When Do I Get Charged for Service?

You have paid for your first service. 

If you signed up for a membership, following charges will be automatically applied on the 1st of each following service month. 

How Will I Know My Trashcans Have Been Cleaned?

Unless opted out, you will receive a text message and email immediately after your cans have been cleaned.
